Focusing on balance and breathwork, yogi’s will explore their bodies by moving through asanas (yoga poses) with the encouragement of imagination and storytelling with the focus on the start of the new season of growth.

This class will run for 6 weeks beginning 5/19 and ending 6/30. There will be no classes on 5/26 or 6/16 (Memorial Day and Fathers Day)
