Description
A blend of yin & restorative yoga, deep stretching, and meditation. Slow paced 60 minute class in a room set to 80 degrees designed to relax and rejuvenate the mind and body. Asanas will target connective tissue throughout the body. Each asana will be held for 2-5 minutes to create a natural stretch. Focus will be placed on slow and steady breathing while in asana to create a relaxed mind and spirit. This class is suitable for the beginner yogi or a seasoned practitioner
