Each class is filled with exciting yoga poses, engaging themes, and storytelling, making moving and mindfulness an adventure. With a mix of breathwork, simple meditation, and creative activities and games, kids develop emotional awareness and calm - perfect for adding a balanced, feel-good break to any home school routine. This class is appropriate for kids ages 4-10.
