Description

Yoga helps develop body awareness, increase flexibility, build muscle, feel part of a healthy, non competitive group, build self esteem, manage stress and increase concentration and focus. All of these benefits have the capability to flow into our boys’ every day lives, both in the classroom and at home.

This BOYoga Series is created specifically for boys to come to a judgment free class, learn to increase flexibility and muscle in both mind and body, which will help in other sports and areas of life.

This class will run as a 4 week session beginning on 11/21 and ending on 12/19. There will be no class on 11/28
