Yoga for Tweens is a fun and empowering adventure! It’s more than just exercise—it’s a journey to discovering confidence, independence, and their unique voices. Each session is packed with fun yoga poses, exciting games, and calming breathwork, all designed to help them tackle daily challenges with a smile. They’ll learn to focus, slow down, and balance life’s ups and downs in a healthy, positive way.

The Winter Series will begin on 1/6 and end on 4/7 with a built in make up class. There will not be class on 2/17
