Centering: We commence by centering ourselves with the complete Yogic breath, merging it with the soothing rhythm of Ujjayi. This harmonious union guides us towards inner awareness.

Brammeri & Humming Breath: In our quest for inner connection, the Brammeri (Humming breath) becomes our ally, silencing outer distractions and enabling a profound inner connection.

Pratyahara in Action: We integrate Pratyahara into our yoga practice, engaging in a sequence that includes soothing facial massages, extending down to the neck, shoulders, arms, chest, and even indulging in the grounding ritual of foot massages.

Asana Exploration: Our practice takes us through a mindful journey of asanas, such as the Seated Twist, guiding us to channel our awareness into the vertical alignment—the Sushumna. We stand tall in the Mountain pose, embrace the soothing radiance of the Moon, and find strength in Warrior poses. We explore the geometric elegance of Triangle poses, elevate our spirits in Shoulder-stand, and immerse ourselves in the depths of the Fish pose, culminating in the blissful surrender of the Knee-down-twist.

Non-Dual Meditation: Concluding our practice with a touch of Non-Dual Meditation, a technique introduced by Richard Miller in 2005. This meditation takes us on a voyage to the outer realms before gently leading us back to the heart of our being. It's an exploration of duality and unity, a journey that mirrors the essence of life itself.
