The sequence comprises of intermediate set series of yoga gradually challenging postures practiced in a heated studio. Energizing and strengthening 60’ Heated Yoga Flow that offers a wide variety of benefits for both your mind and body.
The character of this yoga class is of strong sequences that are linked to breath promoting invigorating flowing poses.
Expect to move focused, breathing smoothly from one pose to another, building strength, energy, stamina and grace and at the same time releasing stress in the body.
Striking different yoga poses in high heat can give your heart, lungs, and muscles a more challenging workout than doing the same poses in a lower temperature.
It can help you burn calories, build bone density, boost your cardiovascular fitness, and improve your flexibility.
Your regular practice will help you improve your poses, correct poor posture, and also brighten your outlook on life.
