Christa started her yoga journey a decade ago. A teacher by profession, she carried out the 200hr Teacher Training program at the Hot Yoga Malta studio in 2020 and has been delving deeper into the philosophy ever since. Christa is passionate about sharing different techniques to make yoga accessible to every one, allowing the practitioner to find the path to their inner dimensions, in unison with their body and breathe.
