Great morning routine to start your day feeling stretched, balanced and in peace.
We start this practice with grounding exercise, following breathwork, stretching, yoga asanas and lastly we relax in shavasana.
The focus is given to breath, flow between the poses and guided posture in each yoga asana.
Paula is an enthusiastic yoga instructor who completed her teacher training 200H in Bali in 2018.
