A NEW APPROACH TO SELF-EXPLORATION

The process involves breathing at a fast rate for minutes to hours. This changes the balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen in the body. You are guided through the exercise by a well trained Guide who will lead you in this emotional release modality. Music is an essential part of the technique and is incorporated into the session.
Ideally for this amazing experience you start preparing yourself a few hours before. Prepare your mind and body to go through the process, by being more relaxed,listening to calm music on the way to your session, and if possible refrain from the normal morning routine, phone calls etc Stay light on food. Ideally refrain from alcohol, caffein, tobacco etc. and drink water to keep hydrated.
