90-Minute Hot Yoga: Our Signature Class
This 90-minute class, inspired by Bikram Yoga, features a set sequence of 26 postures practiced in a heated studio. Each posture is held twice, allowing you to deepen your practice and progress with every class. The first 50 minutes focus on the Standing Series, elevating your heart rate and core temperature, while the final 40 minutes comprise the Floor Series, promoting healing and relaxation. Savasana between poses helps you reset and fully reap the benefits.
Ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the extended duration allows for detailed guidance and alignment corrections. Join us twice a week to maintain peak performance. Doors open 15 minutes before class for any questions or assistance.
