90-Minute Hot Yoga: Our Signature Class

• Focus: A dynamic, strength-based yoga practice performed in a heated environment to enhance flexibility, endurance, and detoxification through sweat and deep breathing.

This 90-minute class, inspired by Bikram Yoga, features a set sequence of 26 postures practiced in a heated studio. Each posture is held twice, allowing you to deepen your practice and progress with every class. The first 50 minutes focus on the Standing Series, elevating your heart rate and core temperature, while the final 40 minutes comprise the Floor Series, promoting healing and relaxation.

Simona, is the heart behind HotYoga Malta, the founder of Momosyoga, and the lead trainer for Yoga Teaching Training. With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic work through extensive research on movement and contact improvisation practice.
