This 60-minute yoga class is focused on grounding and mindfulness. In this session, you'll experience a serene flow of movement aimed at reconnecting with yourself amidst life's stress. Through mindful movement yoga, you'll find inner peace, compassion, and a deeper connection to your breath. This class fosters a sense of being present and rooted, helping to soothe the nervous system. Embrace your body's rhythm, strength, and gentleness in a meditative environment inspired by poetry and quotes. Remember, yoga is a personal journey with no specific destination—here, we honor our bodies and nurture our inner selves, embodying strength, grace, or vulnerability as needed.

Aida is a warranted Gestalt psychotherapist and a Level 1 graduate in Internal Family System Therapy. She completed her 200hr HotYoga Teacher Training Course with HotYoga Malta in 2022, making her a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, E-RYS 200.
In her yoga practice, she is passionate about finding ways to heal through mind-body connection by combining yoga and psychotherapy practices on the mat.
Aida initiated her yoga path through an internship at HotYoga Malta in 2023.
