Description

The 60 minute sequence comprises of a series of yoga postures practiced in a heated studio. This is a mixed level class, suitable for beginner level and beyond. This class is designed to provide a mix of flexibility, strength, and balance in order to help provide a holistic experience throughout the class. This is a class which focuses on strengthening different muscle groups, and realigning the body whilst working out. The heat adds the benefit of enabling the body to further go into the postures being practiced.

Doors open 15 minutes before the class.

Bring your own water and towel, mats are provided.
Towels are available to rent at the studio.
