This 60-minute sequence is a vigorous and dynamic style of yoga practiced in a heated room, designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of challenging poses and sequences.
Vinyasa-based style, great for deepening your practice and learning how to challenge yourself. It is an invigorating and strong class that can help increase flexibility, build muscle tone, and strength. Through the postures in this power yoga class, yogis can gain a strong sense of connection to the physical body. This connection between breath, mind, and body can help alleviate stress and improve mental well-being and physical fitness.
The heated environment will make you sweat profusely, helping to detoxify the body and loosen tight muscles, allowing for deeper stretches.

Expect a cardiovascular workout that increases your heart rate and improves overall stamina. You'll perform various poses that require you to engage different muscle groups, enhancing muscle tone and strength. The heat helps increase your flexibility, allowing for deep stretches that improve the range of motion in your muscles and joints.

### Claudia Acquaviva

Claudia is an Italian former professional dancer with a rich background in both performance and teaching worldwide. After retiring from the dancing scene, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020. Throughout her years as a performer, yoga played a crucial role in enhancing her flexibility, strength, and stamina. Claudia shares, "Yoga was an important step before and after every performance. It was the only way I could find focus, and it taught me how to use my breath efficiently as a performer and in my daily life."

Claudia holds multiple certifications, including:
- 200-hour YTT
- Yin Yoga
- Mindfulness
- Teen & Kids Yoga
- Reiki Level 1-2
- Trauma Facilitation
- Pilates

She is constantly expanding her knowledge to integrate new techniques into her classes. Claudia also leverages her extensive dancing and sports background to train sports professionals through yoga.
