Saturday, 22 June •
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
HotYoga Mosta
HYM Certified Instructor .
Description
This class is a deeper & slower practice in a warm/hot studio.
It is performed at a calm and steady pace, with active and passive holds, that will allow the body to gain full benefits from the postures while revel in a introspective practice.
The heat will permit you to soften deeper into your practice, leaving your body and your mind satisfied, relaxed and calm, making it the ideal practice to combat daily stresses and anxieties.
People recovering from injuries, beginners and anyone looking forward to deepen their practice and nourish their bodies in a Vinyasa style, you really might want to give this a try.
Claudia is an Italian former professional dancer. After dancing and teaching worldwide for many years she retired from the dancing scene and completed her YTT in 2020. Yoga has helped Claudia though her years as a performer; It helped her gain more flexibility, strength and stamina. “ Yoga was an important step before and after every performance, it was the only way I could find focus and it taught me how to use my breath efficiently as a performer and in my daily life.”
She has multiple certifications under her belt and she is always learning something new that she can integrate in her classes. She is also using her dancing and sport background to train sport professionals through Yoga.
Her motto is “ Acknowledge, Accept & Let go.”
