Join us for a dynamic and invigorating warm yoga class that combines the fluid movements of flowing yoga with the rhythmic beats of uplifting music. This class is conducted exclusively by certified Inside Flow teachers, ensuring an authentic experience. It is designed to help you connect with your inner flow, cultivate mindfulness, and energize your body and mind.
Experience a dynamic sequence of yoga poses synchronized with uplifting music, focusing on mindful Unity of Movement, Functional Breathing Techniques, rhythm and pace.
Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath with movement and finding your own natural flow.

Music is the catalyst that helps yogis unify mind, breath, and movement. Some yogis say that music is a distraction. They argue you should only focus on your breath to be aware of the present moment. But the right music at the right moment can enhance awareness of the present moment. Music is the gateway to your inner soul. It’s universal and holy. Music helps to overcome language barriers and to connect people irrespective of their mother tongue. When you combine music with your movement and breath, the message you want to convey becomes even clearer.


Denise is a qualified Yoga Teacher. Her Yoga journey began back in 2018 in Italy, and she has never stopped ever since.

Denise teaches Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga inspired by the method Body Mind Flow, a powerful method that helps you to reconnect to your breath and to your inner self thanks to the combination of asanas (yoga poses), meditation, breathinig techniques and free movement.

She also teaches Inside Flow Yoga, a style that perfectly combines asanas and breathing with music to guide you through a unique flow-like state of mind experience.

Her intention is to let students understand that practicing Yoga means to move the body consciously, being guided by the breath. She wants to spread the concept that Yoga is a never-ending journey of personal growth that starts on the mat, and continues outside of it in everyday life.

Doors open 15 minutes before class, therefore if you have any queries you'd like to discuss beforehand, your yoga teacher will be available for your assistance.
