We are excited to announce a special 90-minute Hot Yoga 26+2 class led by guest teacher Nadine Fairas.
About Nadine:
Nadine Faitas is a dedicated yoga instructor based in Lagos, Portugal. Nadine discovered Bikram Yoga in Hamburg in 2007. After suffering from burnout and depression and attending Teaching Training in Acapulco in 2017, she left her corporate job to combine her passion for Yoga and travelling and became a full-time Travel Yoga Teacher. She has dedicated her life to sharing its transformative power with others and has since travelled to over 50 countries, teaching in more than 30 different studios on four continents.
Each studio, student, country and culture teaches her something new about herself.
She runs Yoga retreats in Portugal, Kenya & Bali, and she can’t wait to meet you at Hot Yoga Malta.
Class Details:
Experience the transformative power of the classic Hot Yoga 26&2 sequence. This 90-minute class features 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room. Designed to systematically work every part of your body, this class builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while promoting mental focus and detoxification. Each posture is repeated twice, allowing you to go deeper and fully reap the benefits. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a consistent, challenging, and rewarding practice.
Join us twice a week to maintain peak performance.
Doors open 15 minutes before class, giving you time to settle in, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, and speak with your teacher if you have any questions or need assistance before practice begins.
