A class where relaxation meets stretching and mobility in a candle-lit studio, which will help you feel grounded, relaxed and calm just before bedtime, giving you one of the best sleeps possible.
The class involves gentle movements but is still challenging, especially if one is motivated to dive deeper in the postures and experience a hybrid between pushing your flexibility and relaxation.
As you practice among the soothing candles, you can really gain some clarity and find that peace of mind and tap into some mindfulness.

About Your Instructor:
Christa is a skilled yoga instructor who began her journey over a decade ago. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Hot Yoga Malta in 2020 and is currently pursuing an 85-hour Pre-Natal certification. Her classes blend yoga, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to support healing and well-being.
Doors open 15 minutes before the class.
Bring your own water, towel, and something warm to possibly cover yourself with during Savasana. Mats are provided and towels are available to rent at the studio.
