After retiring from the dancing scene, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020. Throughout her years as a performer, yoga played a crucial role in enhancing her flexibility, strength, and stamina. Claudia shares, "Yoga was an important step before and after every performance. It was the only way I could find focus, and it taught me how to use my breath efficiently as a performer and in my daily life."
Claudia holds multiple certifications, including:

She is constantly expanding her knowledge to integrate new techniques into her classes. Claudia also leverages her extensive dancing and sports background to train sports professionals through yoga.
