Description
The 60 minutes sequence comprises of a set series of yoga postures practiced in a heated studio. It is a challenging, exciting and vigorous series created for everyone regardless of their fitness level, body type or experience. Postures are designed specifically to combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work the entire body. It focuses at strengthening all the major muscles in the body,realigning the body and providing a cardiovascular workout without stressing the joints.
Doors open 15 minutes before class, therefore if you have any queries you'd like to discuss beforehand your yoga teacher will be available for your assistance.
Martha completed her 200-hour hot yoga training in 2018 and has since earned certifications in Wheel Yoga, Transformative Sequencing, SUP Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Passionate about creating balanced, mindful experiences, she integrates her knowledge of yoga with her psychology degree and master’s in addiction studies. Martha’s teaching emphasizes the mind-body connection, guiding students toward self-awareness and growth, whether in the intensity of hot yoga or the calm of Yin practice.
