Flow through mindful movements, explore arm balances or inversions if you’re ready, and synchronize your breath with each pose. You’ll leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and connected.
About Martha:
Martha completed her 200-hour hot yoga training in 2018 and has since earned certifications in Wheel Yoga, Transformative Sequencing, SUP Yoga, and Yin Yoga. With a deep passion for creating balanced, mindful experiences, she integrates her yoga expertise with her psychology degree and master’s in addiction studies. Martha’s teaching emphasizes the mind-body connection, guiding students toward self-awareness and growth, whether in the intensity of hot yoga or the calm of Yin practice.
Doors open 15 minutes before class, giving you time to settle in, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, and speak with your teacher if you have any questions or need assistance before practice begins.
