About Your Instructor – Claudia
Claudia is an Italian former professional dancer with an extensive career in performance and teaching worldwide. After retiring from the dancing scene, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020.
During her years as a performer, yoga was instrumental in enhancing her flexibility, strength, and stamina. Claudia shares, “Yoga was an important step before and after every performance. It taught me focus and how to use my breath efficiently, both on stage and in daily life.”
Claudia holds multiple certifications, including:
• 200-hour YTT
• Yin Yoga
• Mindfulness
• Teen & Kids Yoga
• Reiki Level 1-2
• Trauma Facilitation
• Pilates
Passionate about learning, Claudia continually expands her knowledge to bring fresh techniques to her classes. Her rich background in dance and sports also enables her to train athletes through yoga.
