Description
What would you like to manifest in your life? Through mindful breath and gentle movement, we connect with our inner intentions. As we move, we create new neural pathways in the brain that help us build resilience, peace, and self-compassion. By rewiring the brain and cultivating these inner strengths, we begin to see them reflected in the world around us. The people, experiences, and opportunities that we encounter become a mirror of what is inside ourselves, bringing kindness, respect, and harmony into our lives.
This practice allows us to connect deeply with our intentions, cultivating the harmonious and abundant life we wish to create off the mat.
Aida is a warranted Gestalt psychotherapist and a Level 1 graduate in Internal Family System Therapy. She completed her 200hr HotYoga Teacher Training Course with HotYoga Malta in 2022, making her a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, E-RYS 200.
In her yoga practice, she is passionate about finding ways to heal through mind-body connection by combining yoga and psychotherapy practices on the mat.
Aida initiated her yoga path through an internship at HotYoga Malta in 2023.
