About your teacher:

Nicole is a professional dancer with over 20 years of experience exploring the mind-body connection through various dance styles. She holds a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification and is dedicated to inspiring others through movement. From a young age, Nicole has been captivated by the power of movement as a tool for freedom, growth, and well-being. She believes everyone has the potential to connect with their body meaningfully and encourages embracing movement with confidence and joy.

Doors open 15 minutes before class, giving you time to settle in, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, and speak with your teacher if you have any questions or need assistance before practice begins.
