It is a challenging, exciting and vigorous series created for everyone regardless of their fitness level, body type or experience. Postures are designed specifically to combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work the entire body. It focuses at strengthening all the major muscles in the body,realigning the body and providing a cardiovascular workout without stressing the joints.

Morning HotFlow (60min) with Debbie Camilleri is a soft, strong and beautiful sequence of yoga postures specifically designed to jump start your day. Prepare to wake the body up, linking breath with movement to really get your energy flowing. These morning classes will leave you happier, healthier and leaner with a much more positive outlook on the day to come. All levels welcome. All this is done in a Hot room.

Advanced HotFlow (60min) with Ritianne Richardson is a challenging yet fun yoga class where we focus on moving our body through the power of inhaling and exhaling in order to experience both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout the body. Ideal for regular practitioners but newbies with determination are more than welcome :).The sequence of postures are performed at a moderate pace while incorporating a mix of standing postures, arm balances & inversions guaranteed to strengthen shoulders, arm & core muscles.
