Ashtanga is a dynamic and athletic form of yoga with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

The yoga wheel is a new therapeutic tool that allows simultaneous extension and flexion of the spine.
Deep heart opening and core strength, due to the comparatively large contact surface, your spine experiences guided extension and stable support in backbends. This contributes immensely to the preservation and promotion of a healthy spine.
No need of any special prerequisites to successfully practice with it.
Wherever your yoga practice is, beginner to advanced, It helps to reduce tension and renew fascia/connective tissue. Paving the way for more advanced experience in your yoga practice.

This 4-week' Introduction to HotYoga' course is the ideal (but not the only) way to begin your Yoga practice and discover Yoga in a safe and fun environment. This course is perfect for beginners, anyone suffering with Back Pain and also suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of Yoga.

You will leave feeling confident enough to participate in any of the mixed ability classes on our schedule.

PLEASE NOTE -
1 -mats are available at the studio, as well as use of showers for whoever needs to go straight to work soon after class.
2 - The course is HEATED. It is not as hot as a regular hot class (33-35 degress), but it is still very warm. The temperature usually varies from 26-30 degress celcius.
