Valérie started her Yoga journey in Paris in 2012 under the guidance of Amanda Dates. Moved then to Malaysia in 2014 where She completed a 450 H Teacher Training Course in Hatha Yoga.
She then started teaching in various studios in Kuala Lumpur for 6 years while continuing practicing Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
While still living in Asia She travelled to Mysore, India to consolidate her Ashtanga practice and further her understanding in Yoga Anatomy and Philosophy.
In 2020 She moved to Malta where She is on a continuing mission of personal study and , aspiring to create a community of Ashtanga students.

The class is HEATED. It is not as hot as a regular hot class (33-35 degress), but it is still very warm. The temperature usually varies from 26-30 degress celcius.
