The flow of the class is designed to provide a mix of flexibility, strength, and balance in order to help provide a holistic experience throughout the class. This is a class which focuses on strengthening different muscle groups, and realigning the body whilst working out. The heat adds the benefit of enabling the body to further go into the postures being practiced.

Valérie started her Yoga journey in Paris in 2012 under the guidance of Amanda Dates. Moved then to Malaysia in 2014 where She completed a 450 H Teacher Training Course in Hatha Yoga.
She then started teaching in various studios in Kuala Lumpur for 6 years while continuing practicing Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
While still living in Asia She travelled to Mysore, India to consolidate her Ashtanga practice and further her understanding in Yoga Anatomy and Philosophy.
In 2020 She moved to Malta where She is on a continuing mission of personal study and , aspiring to create a community of Ashtanga students.

Keeping the postures longer and breathing using different techniques helps to reconnect as one body - mind.
This practice involves gentle movements but not entirely soft, engaging slightly to motivate you to dive deeper in the postures reaching the maximum between flexibility and relaxation here is when breathing with purpose takes a part. The use of props like the yoga blocks and cushions are offered at a personal level according to your needs.
We create a peaceful scenery using candles, soft lights, inciense and a gentle music playlist accompanied by a singing bowl that vibrates in the note E4, it is assumed that the tone E can be assigned primarily to the third of seven chakras, the Navel Chakra, and activates it. The Navel Chakra represents self-confidence, courage and willpower, summarized in the color yellow. It is believed that a balanced Navel Chakra can promote vitality, activity and inner strength and energy. People with an open Navel Chakra often stand up strongly for their own opinions, take responsibility for themselves, and are quick to inspire. To achieve their goals, they are able to overcome challenges and act purposefully.

Jumpei is originally from Japan and is a dancer and choreographer by profession.
Following his passion for body and mind, he started experiencing bodywork therapies such as Pilates, Reiki, and Chinese massage.
At the same time, he discovered hot yoga and has been practicing since 2011 in Japan as well as Australia.
After moving to Malta, he did Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course with Hot Yoga Malta, and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, E-RYS200, and Instructor since 2022.

Start the day with a warm vinyasa flow designed specifically to combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work all the major muscles in the body, bringing the body back into proper alignment and providing a cardiovascular workout without stressing the joints. The class is HEATED. It is not as hot as a regular hot class (33-35 degress), but it is still very warm. The temperature usually varies from 26-30 degress celcius.

In the parent and toddler classes, you’ll learn and practice Yoga basics-breathing techniques and yoga poses that stretch, strengthen and balance you. You will also learn some simple partner poses you can do together with your child that will enhance your emotional connection. Each class ends with a relaxation breathing techniques and the opportunity to ask questions related to your relationship with your child. This is a special opportunity to create the foundation to a healthy emotional relationship with your child.

Tracey is an Educational Psychologist with many years of experience in the field in Malta and abroad. Her main areas of interest are in Child development, Mental well-being and helping parents develop a healthy relationship with their children. Ballet, modern dance and yoga have always been an important part of her life and she believes that movement is a portal for children, as well as adults, to find their inner balance. When she is not working, you will find her enjoying long walks, swimming and simply being with her family.
