Movement Social Club - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Movement Social Club! We are thrilled to have you join our community and embark on a journey of movement and wellness with us. Before you begin enjoying our services, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
Membership Agreement:
By subscribing to Movement Social Club, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement establishes the relationship between you, the member, and Movement Social Club.
Membership Eligibility:
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
Subscription Fees:
Membership subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. By subscribing, you authorize Movement Social Club to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the agreed-upon intervals.
Cancellation Policy:
Members may cancel their individual class reservations up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the loss of a credit.
Membership subscriptions can be canceled at any time, provided the cancellation request is submitted at least one month before the next billing date. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancellation will result in immediate termination of access to our services.
Class Reservations:
Members must reserve spots for classes in advance through our designated booking system. Please arrive promptly for your reserved classes to ensure smooth operation and respect for fellow members.
Code of Conduct:
We strive to maintain a supportive and inclusive environment at Movement Social Club. Members are expected to treat each other, our staff, and our facilities with respect and kindness. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of membership without refund.
Health and Safety:
Your well-being is our priority. Please consult with a medical professional before engaging in any physical activities if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.
Liability Waiver:
Movement Social Club and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our classes or use of our facilities. Members participate at their own risk and waive any claims against Movement Social Club and its affiliates.
Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to class materials, videos, and instructional resources, provided by Movement Social Club is the intellectual property of Movement Social Club and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
Changes to Terms:
Movement Social Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German law.
