Description

Iyengar Yoga focuses on the alignment of the body through the practice of asanas. Props such as blankets, blocks, belts, and bolsters are used to help students achieve the poses. The aim is to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. This is a Level I-II Class that will benefit beginners as well as yoga practitioners at all levels.
