Yoga is great for all bodies. The heavy focus on thin preference in our culture can make it hard for people with large bodies to remember our power, strength, grace, and goodness. The yoga for large bodies class is here to hold a space for people in large bodies to associate deeply with their bodies and approach their practice with wonder, curiosity, and kindness.

It is very typical in this class to have people in different shaped bodies working on different postures and variations depending on the needs that are being presented. This is a great class to attend if you are unsure if you have the stamina for a yoga class, or if you are recovering from injury or inactivity, or if a room full of fit people makes you feel anxious.
