Being a witness of your own attention.. How do you observe what you are observing at the crossroads of your choices?
We will investigate a delicate balance of our attention inside and out, in mind and body, noticing our tendendencies, playing with being addicted to expectation.
Any level movers interested in CI are welcome

Katya is a dancer interested in CI practice as a container for research, community, and vitality.
