Welcome to my Yoga Flow online and in person practise in Bristol.

A breath-led exploration of movement that offers space to go deeper into postures - both physically and energetically.

A vinyasa inspired practise with gems of Yogic wisdom to help us navigate our way both on and off the mat.

Joining this class is to greet yourself just where you are and give yourself the opportunity to go where you need to. All levels are welcome but if you are a complete beginner please get in touch first.
