Description
Each month we have a theme to follow so you can deep dive into your practise both in body and in spirit. Using gems of Yogic wisdom to guide us into a more connected and harmonious way of living both on and off the Yoga mat. This class is intermediate level with postures and sequences that will challenge and develop strength and flexibility.

It's the green way to practise with no environmental costs like driving
This will save you precious time (no driving or travelling to a studio involved) and remove excuses to not doing it as you are already where you need to be
You create the vibe - play your own music or use my suggested playlists. Use your fave candles or incense and make your home your sanctuary
No embarrassing moments in "wind-relieving pose" and no judgement ever.
Sigh, grunt, groan, laugh, cry, scratch your dog/cat/partners/own belly as much as you like
