A slow, gentle class to help you wind down for bed. Each class will consist of a series of physical poses to help you gently stretch and strengthen the body, breathing exercises to invoke a sense of calm and a final guided relaxation to help you transition from yoga mat to bed.

You will need a yoga mat for this class.
