Description

This class combines asanas with deliberate breathing, to remove toxins from your body and to develop awareness and concentration. You will focus on the movement between postures, and coordinate your flow with your breath. You will build strength, freedom, and fluidity in your body and mind, while tuning into your body’s rhythm. Power Flow will activate your mind, make you more flexible, balanced, and present in the moment.
