Description
Wheel yoga is a type of mat yoga practicing with a yoga wheel. We can make use of a yoga wheel to attain a deeper stretching. The yoga wheel is also a great tool to train body balance, strengthen our muscles, improve the limitation of body gesture. Each student will be equipped with a yoga wheel, suitable for beginners and yoga practitioners. 輪瑜伽班會利用瑜伽輪練習各種瑜伽式子,幫助我地擴展胸部肌肉、協助伸展及後彎,仲可以訓練平衡力、支撐力量,借瑜伽輪改善身體上局限,嘗試更多不同瑜伽動作。適合一般大眾、初學者及喜歡鍛鍊身體人士。
