Shake off your week and unwind ready for the weekend with this Friday night Yang Yin Flow and Let go class.
This ambient and candle lit class will create space for your wellbeing and promote relaxation at the end of your week, leaving you feeling lighter and de-stressed.
Starting with a heat building vinyasa flow sequence to synchronise breath to movement and challenge your strength, the Yang part of this practice will work your lungs and muscles, developing your fitness, stability, balance and coordination, whilst getting the energy flowing through you.
We then slow it down with a cooling Yin style practice, holding postures for longer to enjoy a deeper stretch, finding more flexibility and range of motion in the joints, whilst calming down the nervous system and inviting more balance in the body and mind.
Finished with a peaceful meditation and deep savasana.
