Christina Keim
Christina was first drawn to study yoga over a decade ago, and quickly recognized the many positive impacts its practice and philosophy had on other facets of her life. A master educator and life-long equestrian, Christina soon began infusing "yoga ethics" into her work with students and their horses, leading to better outcomes and more positive relationships for all. Christina completed her 200-HR YTT with the Nourish Institute and looks forward to helping others deepen their yoga practice.

In this 75-minute flow-style class we gradually build subtle heat within the body through the linking of breath and movement while keeping the impact low to ensure a safe and nurturing practice. Modifications are provided and encouraged! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time - this class offers a safe space to explore and expand your practice at your own pace.
