Description
Barre is a workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga asana and pilates. It focuses on low impact, high intensity movements to build strength, and develop agility and flexibility. In this class we will combine these aspects with the Yoga Trapeze to bring it to the next level. Please bring a mat and light weights. Beginners are welcome.
