Your yoga: Developing your self-practice Online

Whether you have a self-practice already or you are new to yoga in this workshop we discuss what brings us back to self-practice, explore our throughs and practice together. Perhaps you are unsure of where to start, or it has been a while and you want to come back to your practice but haven’t taken the first step.

Together we will explore:
- Self-enquiry
- Getting started
- Coming back (what happens when we don’t want to be on the mat)
Making choices on the mat

What you will need:
- A space to practice yoga and any props you would like to use
- A notebook
- Internet connection
