The objective of this workshop is to give students an overview of what journaling is and how it can complement a yoga practice and be a great companion for teaching practice also. Over the 2.5 hours, we will look at what journaling can be, what the known evidence-based benefits are, when it can and cannot be helpful to practice journaling, and how it can become part of a teacher’s teaching toolkit. Exercises will be dotted throughout allowing for the opportunity to practice journaling and yoga together.

What you'll need: yoga props, Pen and Paper (or other writing device)
