This workshop aims to improve mobility and balance by focusing on feet, legs and fascia. It is a great way to explore the connection between your feet, legs and body. There will be an opportunity to discuss the experience of using different props during the workshop and be involved in some yoga poses and finally some breathing exercises.

This workshop is being delivered as part of Nourish's Professional Development and Mentoring Program.
