In spring your yoga self practice could focus on finding balance and grounding (earth element) to prepare for change, growth, and expansion as the energy of the year lifts again. Explain the reasoning behind this and the correlation between the need for grounding and Spring’s growth, expansion and buoyancy, anticipation and rapid change.

It’s a powerful time to sow the seeds of new beginnings and change.
