In this introduction to building resilience and freedom in the feet, we will explore how feet, while an often-forgotten part of our bodies, are integral to our overall well-being. We'll seek ways of bringing movement and mobility into the feet through yoga, massage and exercise, and think about why this is so important for our whole-body wellbeing.....why we should seek to strengthen and rehabilitate, rather than protect and cushion.

You'll need: A ball ( a myofascial release ball, tennis ball or similar); a block; plus a blanket and some warm socks!
