A chance to step out of our busy lives for a gentle recharge.

We will look at how chronic stress can affect us and how we can reset with simple daily practices incorporating visualisation, breath and gentle movement.

We won’t be moving much during the workshop and everything can be done sitting or lying down. Comfy clothes, a blanket and a pillow are all that’s needed.

This workshop is being delivery as part of Nourish's Professional Development and Mentoring Program, and is free to attend.
