My Furry Companions, Blodwyn & Coco, are my ever- enthusiastic adventure buddies, adding endless joy to my life. Yoga has been a complete game- Changer for me. It’s not just about the poses; it’s a philosophy that helped me embrace a truly healthy and happy lifestyle. After training in Goa, India and obtaining my Yoga Alliance qualification, I now share the practices that have transformed me. My classes are welcoming to all levels. Here you can explore your inner self without judgement, simply by being present on the mat. So, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, come join me !
