Having Swapped the rolling hills of South Wales for the stunning landscapes of Devon 9 years ago. I am now a fully-fledged Devonian! My Furry Companions, Blodwyn & Coco, are my ever- enthusiastic adventure buddies, adding endless joy to my life. Yoga has been a complete game- Changer for me. It’s not just about the poses; it’s a philosophy that helped me embrace a truly healthy and happy lifestyle. After training in Goa, India and obtaining my Yoga Alliance qualification, I now share the practices that have transformed me. My classes are welcoming to all levels. Here you can explore your inner self without judgement, simply by being present on the mat. So, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, come join me ! I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

Description

Focus on Rest: Unlike more active yoga styles, restorative yoga prioritises slowing down and holding poses for extended periods (often 5 minutes or more) with the help of props.
Props for Support: Blocks, bolsters, and blankets are essential for creating comfortable and supported poses, allowing your body to fully relax and release tension.

Deep Relaxation: The ultimate goal is to achieve a state of deep physical and mental relaxation. This can have numerous benefits for stress management, anxiety relief, and improving sleep quality.
