Vinyasa means ‘to place in a special way’. In vinyasa classes, we start paying attention to how we place the body, gaze, breath, mind and intentions. So, in this alignment-based vinyasa yoga class, grounded in mindfulness and compassion practices, be prepared to move, watch your mind, sweat, stay steady, engage and be inspired. However, this class is open to all levels but may not be suitable for beginners. Expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated! Perfect for all levels from beginner students to more regular practitioners.
